First shotlist

I tried to create a sequence of scences and invision a story based off of my research and inspiration i got from it.

However with the feedback i got ,this idea may be unrealistic as it requires a high budget and alot of resources/facilities at my disposal which may be hard to do.

Thoughts

After getting back feedback from my classmates and teacher ,one of my ideas originated from the netflix series-Beef. I am going to try incorporate some of those aspects in the storyline but with a twist of events to bring some originality to it.

Still unsure..

Im between the lines on whether to create a short film or documentary or music video they are of all great interest to me but i want to create a piece that will be able to tell a story ,which can be done through either but i think im going to narrow it down between a short film or music video.

I found this website from a tiktok video,which help producers to gain some sort of inpsiration to crate their stories as well as view the different and unique editing sequences that can be done.

I watched the breaktrough and a few other short films ,giving me a better insight into the creativity behind the storyline and cinematography used.

Entergalactic and spider-verse sparked an interest in to look into more animated short film ideas but also look at the different creative aspects and shots used,which i could try incorporate into my short film.

Even through such detailed animations,it paints a bigger and has a message to carry across.However this would be a very time consuming process to do.But gives me some good ideas to go off of.(e.g Hapiness)

First ideas

A general overview over 2 storlines i thought of was: 1)I took inspiration to the music video -She knows by Jcole and the way that through watching ;being able to understand the story and have the action sequence collerate with the music and diologue,pauses etc.

2)A second idea was from the movie -Beef by A24.The instensity built up and anticipation that gets the audience on edge is what I want to try achieve ,so from the shots used to the storyline it has given me a few ideas.

3)A static animated short film to carry a message across. e.g Entergelatic,spider verse,happiness

Back at it again (yr 13)

Well even though it was a short break from the magazine now its onto the next... I've already started to brainstorm a few ideas,still abit undecisive which one im going to do but i narrowed it down to either a short film or music video
